Our custom ceramics process is from firing to rough machining,and then final machining. Based on the material properties,we choose the best manufacturing process to finish machining to achinve low cost and both the finish and very tight tolerances,so that we can reach the customer‘s requirement.
Most ceramic material has very high hardness, so finish machining is a slower process. Only small amounts of material can be removed with each operation.
